If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from purchase. The item must be in its original condition. If applicable, this includes the box, all parts, accessories and packaging and with the original receipt. Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service. Sales are FINAL on red, yellow tag, used, consignment and close out items - please make sure you have the right size.
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If you used a prepaid gift card such as Visa, Master card, American express, please retain to ensure proper credit. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original pay method for the returned item and a charge for the new item. When using a Winchester Western Gift Card, a credit will be placed back on your gift card.
Important: No website returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA), please call (951)894-2501 to request one. Please write this number on the outside of your return box. If you would like to exchange your item, we can discuss options. If you purchased your item through eBay, please use the ebay Return procedure, your return will be automatically approved.
If a new or used saddle does not fit the horse or the rider, it must be returned within 14 days, in the exact condition in which it left our store (condition of used saddles will be noted before shipping). If there is damage or signs of use in a new saddle, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to compensate for fixing it or to make up for the discount we'll have to give the next person who wants to buy it. If the marks or damage are severe, we may not be able to except your return.

Always use a saddle pad.
Keep sweat off panels and flaps.
Never oil or clean the saddle until you’re sure it’s yours forever!
